Empty 1 sachet into a bowl/mug and then add 150-250ml of boiling water and stir thoroughly (the less water the thicker the soup will be). For best results first add half of the boiling water and stir thoroughly for 30 seconds, then add the other half of the boiling water and stir for a further 30 seconds. Leave to stand for 1 minute before consuming.
Warning: Contents will be HOT. Do not add hot liquids to your blender bottle.

MIXABILITY I've bought and consumed Beef, Chicken and Thai Curry. They all are reasonably mediocre in mixing, even if you follow the "directions" of mixing half the content of the packet into half of the desired liquid, letting it stir for 30 seconds, and then adding the other half (of both packet and liquid). Out of them the beef appears to be the one that is more mixable. TASTE Thai curry - stronger taste, bit spicy but fine overall. Chicken - smooth and chicken like. Beef - smells like beef, tastes ok. EFFECTIVENESS Effectiveness isn't really a factor here, this is basically whey protein mixed with artificial flavours/scents in a conveniently packet. It's a cozy (for colder weather) of getting your protein requirements. TIPS You don't need to boil water, you can just pour out water from a Nespresso machine and it will be hot enough for mixing the protein soup. You can also try this with oats, as they get soft in no time. No need to boil water, just use a nespresso.
having tried all but the beef flavour i can say tomato is my personal choice. it seems to have the best mix-ability. the chicken is too runny but perhaps with a different ratio it would mix better. the tomato seems to go best with 250ml of water. its not too thick and not too runny. personally i blend it up with an hand held blender, i think to mix it via a shaker cup or something like that would result in a lot of undissolved "bits" giving a gritty texture. the taste is pretty good but with the chicken or tomato expect to add a bit of salt just to help. its a great first step and it makes for a quick and easy meal but its not quite there yet in terms of taste.
Definitely an excellent product if you are after something quick and easy but a little different. The taste is good, maybe lacks a little bit of spice but I've added chilli powder myself and it was really good! The mixability isn't excellent and it can clump if you put too much of the mix in to the water at the one time, I'd recommend pouring it in over 4 goes and stirring in between. Even with that I'll definitely be ordering more!
Can't describe in words how disappointed I am with the Thai green curry, will never buy again and not sure if I wish to try other flavors as it was so so so tasteless, I just don't believe other flavors will make any difference.
Nicer than I expected it to be, I bought the tomato flavour, the macros are great and the flavour is also very nice. However like most packet soups you still find a few bits at the bottom but this doesn't really effect the drink. I would recommend it Goes Well With:Protein flat bread

I bought beef and the tomato, wasn't what I expected, doesn't mix well, needs a good stir for 10 mins, it has a funny texture and leaves a strange after taste, the more I've had the more used to it I've got, as it does make a great quick and easy to make snack, beef flavour is better but I won't buy them again.
On first try, after mixing (without trying it) I was left rather underwhelmed by it. There was basically enough to fit in a small cup - think a small cup-a-soup! However after tasting and finishing it all, I was left pleasantly satisfied and filled from it. For me, this works great as a late evening snack suppressant due to the savory taste and texture of it once I get sugar/food cravings, that a protein drink just cannot satisfy on it own. My wife likes this also for the same reasons, and finds it an easy hot office lunch too, as you only need a kettle!
bought the thai green curry flavor, tastes a lot better than expected and is a change from the usual protein shake. the soup is a bit on the thick side therefore would probably be an excellent base for making a high protein chicken curry.
Ok I got tomato, it tastes fine, but has a strange texture, but not bad, does not mix well though it has taken me around 10 mins to stir the lumps out. Not exactly quick and easy but if you want a change, go for it. As I said it does the job, probably won't buy it again though.Goes Well With:lumps
This soup was gorgeous it tasted exactly like Thai curry, less water makes it up lovely and thick!! Best instant soup I have tried.
I wasn't expecting much from these, but bought the Beef and Chicken as they were on offer. Just taken delivery (quick and efficient as usual!) and opened a Beef soup for a midday snack. Very impressed! The mixability is perhaps not as good as I'd like it to be, but the taste is superb. A great way of getting a protein hit and adding some savory flavour to otherwise quite sweet muffins and shakes.
Soup was very tasty and smelt great. Would mix in a bowl or jug next time as a mug doesn't allow for a good whisking which I think this really needs
Had the chicken one, tastes really good so will be getting it again
I tried two different flavors: chicken and beef. Beef is good, chicken is a little bit flavorless. Mixes fine, consistensy is more like a puree rather then soup, but I guess adding more water would make it more watery. Would be nice to have something chewy in it like crisps or (soy) meat. Except using it for occasional snack I will probably try it as a food source during trekking or mountain hiking. Its lightweight and relatively inexpensive so it should do just fine.Goes Well With:Crisps, dried bread.
I bought the chicken soup when it was on offer as i thought id give it a try, i was surprised how mice it actually was. I would definitely recommend people to try these soup :)Goes Well With:A bit of bread
The Chicken flavour was very bland - didn't really taste of anything to me, especially compared to the other flavours that are available. It was still perfectly edible, and mixes quite well, but I would certainly recommend the other flavours compared to this one.
The Beef and Mediterranean Tomato flavours both taste great - certainly as good as many other packets of soup that are available. They mixed very well, just a little bit of the mixture stuck to the tea spoon. Also, coming in individual packets makes it very easy to carry and have at work.
tastes great, don't add too much water as too much will take the taste away. perfect for a quick healthy meal. i add a sprinkle of black pepper for added tasteGoes Well With:water
Tried this yesterday after having got it a few weeks ago - great tasting product. Good change from the normal shakes!
Tastes good, and very quick and simple to make. I spend a lot of time travelling and in hotels with work with nothing more than a kettle to make a decent protein snack, so this is spot on for me. Doesn't mix perfectly so does feel a bit grainy, but only very slightly, overall a really good product.
Went for the tomato, surprisingly good taste. It's also nice and thick which makes it quite filling. Slightly clumpy but might be more due to the shallow bowl I used rather than the product, will try to mix and stir it in a cup or a deeper bowl next time. Good amount of protein which makes it perfect as a light lunch or when you don't feel like having your usual, sweet protein shake.Goes Well With:Extra seasoning (like chili powder or white pepper) to spice it up a bit.
I always buy whey in sweet flavours but always wanted to try a savoury protein drink. this soup is what i've been waiting for. tastes amazing with loads of protein. Beef is my favourite myprotein - best in world. keep up the great work guys
I bought 60 sachets of these! 40 Med Tom and 20 Thai green curry! Both and very tasty! A fantastic second lunch! Well done Myprotein! Will be buying these with every order! A great way to consume more protein!Goes Well With:A couple of slices of wholemeal toast
I tried the Thai Green Curry Protein Soup and was pleasantly surprised. Great taste and texture, a nice alternative for an afternoon snack whilst still ensuring I maintain my protein intake. Would recommend if you fancy a change from your normal protein shake or bar.
Had the beef flavour, tastes so good, and the nutritionals are spot on! The less water the better for that rich taste and thick texture! going to grab some of the other flavours and give them a go but the beef is by amazing.
Taste is very good, mixability is also good. A good way of getting away of the carbs based meals and extra protein intake to my diet. Just what I need on my cutting. Sabor muito bom, mistura-se bem. Uma boa forma de fugir às refeições com muitos hidratos e mais uma forma de acrescentar mais proteina à minha dieta. Precisava mesmo disto para ajudar a secar.Goes Well With:Protein Dessert
Bought the chicken flavour soup and I must admit it is really tasty! Use the preferred amount of water to get the thicker or the more liquid soup. Feels light on the stomach but delivers the proteins. Part of my weekly diet, will definitely buy again!
Lovely soup, very thick not watery. Deffently recommend this soup.
Absolutely fantastic! I tried the chicken flavoured protein soup and enjoyed every spoonful. I found this soup to be particularly heart-warming, and I would recommend it for a chilly day - it certainly makes a pleasant change from my daily protein shake. With the finest ingredients, this product is sure to take your gains to the next level. Goes Well With:Spring onions
Just had the "Mediterranean Tomato". As Boris Johnson would say, "Very Nicceee". Tastes nice, would like it with a hint more pepper, but very nice, and quick to prepare. Mixes well with boiling water, looks nice, and tastes good.
Had the beef one - best tasting meal supplement I've had. Mixes easily and is a nice savoury addition to the usual sweet protein shakes I take each day.
Was a bit skeptical with these as i'm not a soup person but woow im impressed had these for dinner at work, as they're easy to make and very high in protein and low in sugar. My Proteins innovation has no boundaries. Keep it coming. Goes Well With:7 thai spice and pepper
I have only tried the beef one, but I can say one thing - it is probably the best tasting instant soup I have ever tried! High protein and low fat/carb content - awesome guilt free snack at work or when you are on the go. Mixability is incredible as well, stirs in easily even with a spoon. Would recommend adding some meat as well to get a proper meal.Goes Well With:Meat, croutons
The taste of the Beef and the Chicken soup is not bad at all, I add the powder to a cup of boiled water bit by bit stirring continuously which works better for me than pouring water on the powder. The finished soup has a rather powdery texture no matter how much water is added but that's the protein I guess and there is a good amount of protein for what in essence a cup-a-soup. I will buy again.
Make no mistake this is just a thick soup that get you what you want. The taste is not bad at all but not great either. The bottom line is that this product is doing the job just fine and quick ;)
