What is Protein Porridge?
Protein Porridge is a great tasting, high protein snack ideal to consume in the morning as part of a healthy breakfast or at any time throughout the day when looking to increase daily protein intake. Each sachet of porridge will provide over 13g of protein sourced from high quality whey protein concentrate. The carbohydrates are sourced from low GI, rolled oats to provide a steady release of energy into the blood as well as providing a low sugar content. Protein Porridge comes in six great tasting flavours which include; Maple Syrup, Golden Syrup, Banana, Chocolate, Strawberry and Vanilla.

Add 120-200ml milk (the less milk the thicker the shake will be) into a microwavable bowl and then empty 1 sachet into the liquid and stir. Microwave on full power for 90 - 120 seconds and stir halfway through.
Warning: Contents will be hot when taken out of the microwave.

Easy to use sachets, can just add boiling water and mix in a bowl or mug if away from home. Maple syrup is nice but sweet as you would expect. Fills me up and good mix of macro nutrients.
Vanilla very sweet and watch cooking times. Goes from runny to stodgy in seconds. Filling though.Goes Well With:Make with water or milk.
Perfect when you're travelling or in a rush. Very tasty ( maple syrup ). I'm adding additional scoop of protein.

Nice product. Nice big oats and quick and convenient to make. Portion possibly a little small. I had maple syrup which I found a little too sweet. Will try adding normal oats to make it a bit more filling and less sweet. Would potentially have this every morning but as is quite good to have in the cupboard
Didn't really like the taste at first but you get used to it. Would buy again.

I love this stuff, but the golden syrup flavour is too sweet for me, I like to add a handful of plain rolled oats to mellow out the flavour. Plus the convenience of a high protein breakfast before work can't be beat.

Strawberry was too sweet for me but Banana was PERFECT. Thanks for making my mornings exciting!
