these are just great. I have been mixing with Dried mulberries and cacoa nibs dipped in coconut sugar. Wow it taste so good. You can add milk but i have dry. I have been adding to yoghart and experimenting. Instead of heading for cake i have these with milk or as above. They really help with hunger. I have overdonit with first bag because i really like them. Great for breakfast no fuss.
Went for a punt and ordered 1.5Kg. All in all not bad. Nice in some milk with some museli. Will order again
I usually crave cereal in the evening so here's what I do..take a portion of these protein crispies, add semi skimmed milk, add a teaspoon of chocolate nesquick and you get protein coco pops..no complaints from me. Tried these on their own with just milk and was hard to eat because they're tasteless, adding some milk mix does the trick. Thank me later!
I usually eat protein crispies with whey and yogurt. They don't really have much flavour but they are great to add a crispie bite to your protein bars!Goes Well With:protein bars, yogurt, whey/casein
Great macros and really crunchy but completely flavourless.
I have been having these for a little while as an alternative to cereal and they have been good overall. As many have said the taste isn't amazing - slightly powdery, but is effective as am alternative to cereal. To improve the taste I have been adding a little stevia which has improved the taste, although cocoa may be effective too... which brings me to duplicate a previous review, maybe a chocolate version could be good?Goes Well With:Soya Milk, a little Stevia
Do not taste as bad, as reviews might lead you to think. Take longer to soften up than other crispiesGoes Well With:Yoghurt, other crispies
These are great mixed with greek yogurt and blueberries or made into protein bars! Shame they're quite tasteless with milk...maybe a chocolate version may be an improvement? ;)Goes Well With:Greek yogurt, peanut butter
Purchased these as a source of protein at breakfast. Didn't want to stop eating porridge everyday so now I add these into coked porridge. They are mild in flavour, similar to branded Rice Krispies. But with a different texture and much less crunchy, more chewy. If this would be to your taste, I highly recommend them! I make protein bars and have added these in which works great too!Goes Well With:Porridge. Also other cereals.
Even though they're without flavor, they taste brilliant. I mix them with oats and milk in the morning and I look forward to this breakfast every single day! Don't know about the effect as I'm consuming so many other supplements but it sure helps me getting the extra protein that I need. Will recommend to anyone:)
I gave up crispy cereals years ago because of the high sugar in it, but missed it all the while. couldn't believe it when I got this pouch, the crispies are a gift from heaven! Can be eaten as cereal, with milk and both yogurt or what I like to do is turn them into healthy little crispy treats with a bit of honey and nut butter. never want to miss these again!Goes Well With:yogurt, milk, honey, nutbutter
Great for adding extra proteins to all sorts of carb drinks, oats,...mixes Good. Best with warm milk. Will buy again.Goes Well With:With milk and carbs
Have used this to mix with yoghurts and protein powder, really nice if you want too add a crunchy texture your food. Alone it doesn't taste of much but a great ingredient to add to recipes :) Goes Well With:Protein powder/milk/yoghurts/Quark
I mix them with milk and honey fings or MPflavouring for breakfast or late snack. They taste like flour when eat them without extra flavour.Goes Well With:milk, yoghurt
I mix them with honey rings cereals or choc nut MP flavoring and milk. They keep me full till the next meal. They have a chalky-powder taste, but overall is a good productGoes Well With:milk,MP flavouring
Everything is alright about the product apart from not providing the customers with the fibre content. Tastes great when mixed with milk.Goes Well With:Milk, mixed with muffins
I bought these thinking that I could have them with milk for breakfast but I have to say they are completely tasteless. I threw away most of the first bowl. I followed another reviewers advise and made some "protein crispy" squares by mixing them with melted dark chocolate and they taste brilliant. This makes a nice desert for the end of the day. Goes Well With:Dark Chocolate
These Protein Crispies are great, it's a shame they are relatively high in carbohydrates though.Goes Well With:Muesli, chocolate whey shake
Protein Crispies are a nice way to start the day for extra protein, they taste good (very similar to rice crispies). I would like to see this product in bigger packs and cheaper as it can get expensive to have often.
