The nutritional value of these babies is excellent with 35+ Grams of protein per cookie. They are also quite high in calories (300+) so are useful if you're bulking. They travel well if you're looking for some thing to keep in work drawer or training bag. Just be aware that it's not a cookie in real terms. It goes well with a hot drink and tastes better than a lot of bars and and sports snacks but it's no replacement for a real cookie. But then real cookies don't give you the nutrition. A good product but taste is average.
Texture was good, as near to a real soft cookie but without the guilt! I think all protein products such as these always have a slight gritty sandy texture to them but i think this was minimal to what Ive tried from other brands in the past. Goes well with my protein peanut butter, heat in the microwave for 10-20 secs and it becomes like a hot sticky brownie, yum!
These cookies are thick and chewy - just the way I like cookies to be. Have great amounts of protein and taste awesome too! Love the white chip ones the best
Tried a sample of this and I was pleasantly surprised! Taste was quite nice and it's a soft baked consistency. It is quite stodgy but I liked it as it kept me full for ages! I have a massive sweet tooth also so felt like I was indulging but without being too naughty! This is not your classic crunchy style cookie therefore it may not be to everyone's taste but I'd certainly recommend trying them yourself if you're curious! :-)
Lovely cookie great taste and if your macros allow it 30 secs in the microwave and some ice cream lush Goes Well With:Ice cream
-Taste is good and the texture is thick like regular cookies -Protein content is good -Way too expensive for what you get -Fair bit of fat and sugar
Loads of protein, but it is a little chalky and still tastes more like protein powder than it does like a cookie. Got one in the Birthday Box and am glad I got to try it.
Absolutely love these, taste like real cookies! Proper chunks of chocolate and really soft and chewy.
The chocolate orange flavour cookie is definitely the best in the range after trying all flavours. A nice little afternoon snack with a massive punch of protein
Not much to say about this, most protein cookies and bars taste pretty poor and have a very rubbery/doey taste so generally ok but they all really seem to taste the same....Goes Well With:A quantity a of other better tasting things
The cookie tastes great! Works well as a treat/dessert or for pre-gym use. It's not too sweet or sickening however is slighty dense and fudge like in texture. Would definitely buy again.Goes Well With:Milk!
Actually pretty good taste however for me personally it was a little too dense. If you're looking for a high protein snack this is definitely a winner and being a cookie you can sort of fool yourself into thinking you're being naughty.Goes Well With:A square of 80% dark chocolate
I was a bit cautious about purchasing this protein cookie as I have heard from friends that although the taste is very nice the texture is a bit spongy. Nevertheless I tried it for myself and I was pleasantly surprised with both the taste AND texture. perfect for an afternoon or post workout snack and if your like me really hits that chocolate craving when your trying to cut out the good stuff. I only brought the sample size but I am definitely going to buy the multi-pack next time.
Could say anything more good aboutcthe cookie thick gooey nice chunks of chocolate not bitty or anything. The mint one wrong kind of mint for my taste bud but the choc orange is amazing!Goes Well With:A cup of tea haha
Very happy with myprotein, quick delivery time and one of the best tasting protein snacks I have had so far, high protein content and actually made me fill full unlike others would order again
I just ordered a sample of the white almond and I was really surprised! I have tried to make several protein cookies, and texture wise, looking wise, nothing has approached this one. It looks real good, the taste is very nice too, but it's way too sugary for me!Goes Well With:anything!
Ordered a sample to try ..now ordered a box! Very nice!
I had the chocolate chip one and the chocolate orange one. But much prefer the chocolate chip one taste was good but like most protein snacks taste a bit gritty towards the end. Recommend having a coffee, milk or some sort of drink with it. Protein content was very good keeps you full for longer - perfect for pre workout. Goes Well With:Juice, Milk, Hot beverages
The best tasting protein cookie I've had. Would recommend it highly.
A large soft slightly chewy cookie. Great tasting. I love almond/ marzipan so the White chocolate almond flavour was a hit for me. Very filling. Good for a snack or meal replacement and is very fillingGoes Well With:Lunch on the go
Cookie taste is not bad, not outstanding but OK. Texture is also OK, however need a napking to hold it otherwise you will end with greasy hands. For a product that suppose to be healthy it has too much fat.
I shall explain why I have reviewed this item poorly. It is sold as a cookie, however I expect cookies to be crunchy. The texture to this was more like a muffin or quest bar. Too soft for a cookie. I was hoping for something with a crunch to it. If you're after something chocolaty, that's more like a muffin texture then I think you would like this.. If you're a cookie sensation then I think you may be disappointed. Goes Well With:It would go fab with some yogurt! All mixed up!
The chocolate taste is really good, although, as you get with almost every protein snack out there, it's got an overly chewey texture with the aftertaste that you'll be familiar with if you've tried anything else in the protein snack range, i.e. flapjack. The cookie is one of the tastier options.
For a person that loves cookies, this is pretty good. Let's not forget that it's a Protein cookie and it's not the norm. So for what it is - I can honestly say - it's a good cookie. I like the soft texture, it's quite a big cookie and you can see the cho chips on it.Goes Well With:a gorgeous strong cup of tea
protein cookie tastes very good. especially if u heat them up in the microwave. best flavour for me is the double chocolate. the orange an chocolate one taste a little to chemical in my opinion. i gained 3 kilos of lean muscles within 1 month. and i really think that this protein cookie really helped me reach the body i looked for.
I ordered a sample of the double chocolate protein cookie and i'm glad it was only the one. It was foul and i'm not exaggerating when i say i'm sure the bottom of my gym bag would taste better. I can't comment on other flavours but avoid the double chocolate!
I have tried the choc orange and white choc and almond flavours as a sample to try them and I was not disappointed! These are very filling and soft, which I love about cookies. Going to be getting these again!Goes Well With:Coffee
I was realy disappointed with this product. As it si supposed to be cookie I expected a cookie texture, but the texture was something you would expect from a protein bar. It was moist and not crunchy at all. If the label would say "Protein bar" I would be satisfied. Or I just expected too much....
Sweet and chocolaty. Perfect density and soft
Best tasting cookie I have tried, great value for money too , will be sure to buy a pack next time
At first I was skeptical as I thought a protein cookie would never taste as good as a regular cookie...but I was WRONG! These are so tasty and have a great texture. I love eating thick cookies that are soft and these just happen to tick these attributes. Love love love them!
I have tried lots of protein supplements and bars from various companys in the past and I found these cookies realy tasty and effective for filling that whole at snack time not to mention the Macros contents decent :) double choc chip recommended.
The taste and texture of the cookie on its own was not as expected and I didn't enjoy it. I did however microwave part and have it with cottage cheese, which was really good. But on its own not great - I've had better tasting protein 'treats'. Feel like I didn't get my value for money.
Absolutely love these! They taste great and packed full of protein.
Was a little sceptical, since whenever I've mentioned protein cookies most peoples response is that they have either a dodgy texture or weird flavour. Was happily surprised when I took a bit of this protein cookie. It DOES have a slightly protein-y texture - but not in a bad way. I thought it was chewy and delicious :)Goes Well With:n/a (I personally enjoyed mine with a glass of water watching a movie!)
Wasn't sure about these at first when I viewed them online but bought a pack of the Chocolate Orange ones. They're very tasty, although quite thick and stodgy, more like a thick gooey brownie than a cookie. Would buy again, very tasty!
Personal preferences on this cookie is that the taste isn't too great! Has that sort of artificial taste to it, but other than that the macros are ideal and great for a protein boost after a hard workout!
I bought this to try. I was pleased with the size and texture. It does not break down too easy in your mouth, and is very filling. Perfect for on the go. I got send the mint flavour which was ok, would like to try other flavours Goes Well With:Water
I stumbled across these by chance but I am glad I did . This cookie packs a lot of protein, they are ideal for me to snack on when I'm on the move or at home with a shake They are great calorie topper or macro filler Secret Is 10 -15 seconds in the microwave just to soften them up ;)
These cookies taste great, I was a bit skeptical trying these but will definitely be buying more, really chocolaty. Can't really say ho effective they were but tasted great and kept me going on my mountain cycle. Would recommend!
Great snack between meals or to have before going to the gym . Very good choclatley flavour Goes Well With:On its own
Bought the White Chocolate Almond one: texture is chewy enough and keeps me really full; but I find the marzipan taste way too powering. Would be great if the after-taste isn't that bad.Goes Well With:itself
Nice cookie. Anything similar low carb. I generally but quest bars - no acsulfemate K or Aspartame!
Taste is pretty nice (White choc+almond) though a little gritty. Texture for me was just like playdough making not entirely unpleasant but just not quite right for a cookie. Still a great on the go snack for those looking for a sweet protein fix
This has got to be the nicest tasting protein cookie I've ever tasted. Very convenient, cost effective and packed with protein for a on the go lifestyle!! I can't fault it, highly recommended!! Yummy!!!
These cookies are absolutely amazing, they're packed with proteins and have a pretty decent taste. Personally I didn't like the chocolate orange or the chocolate mint...But the double chocolate and the white chocolate with almond tastes really good to me. They also really helped with suppressing my appetite which is good if you're on a diet, but it does contain lots of calories, so I would recommend it for my fellow beasts when on their BULKS! :D
Bought this to take along with me to uni on days I didn't want to bother with my shaker and whey powder. It tastes great and is a welcome change to a shake. Especially if your feeling extra peckish!. A little costly but only as much as other bars and foods on the market in general. Buy some!Goes Well With:hunger for protein
great for a snack, had it stored for a couple months before i used and still the quality remained.
I would a sample of this to try and will definitely be repurchasing as they taste delicious and have a huge amount of protein. It's nice to find a protein cookie which is wheat free. It's quite high in calories so I would only have it every now and then if I was on the go and needed something quick.
I tried both the Chocolate Mint (my favourite) and Cholcoate Orange flavours and both were really nice. The cookie was soft and chewy and quite large (if quite calorific!). A nice way of getting some protein in an afternoon snack.Goes Well With:As a snack.
