Instant Oats are a source of low Glycaemic Index (GI) carbohydrates, a slower releasing carbohydrate to high Glycaemic Index (GI) carbohydrates. We have sourced Scottish Oats and milled them down in to an ultra fine powder to provide a low GI carbohydrate which can be easily consumed as a drink when mixed with your preferred liquid.
Carbohydrates contribute to the maintenance of normal brain function. Oat beta-glucan has been shown to reduce blood cholesterol. High cholesterol is a risk factor in the development of coronary heart disease. Instant Oats contain 4.4g of Beta-Glucan per 100g. Consumption of beta-glucans from oats or barley as part of a meal contributes to the reduction of the blood glucose rise after that meal
This makes them the ideal choice for anyone looking to boost their carbohydrate intake throughout the day. The versatility of Instant Oats allows you to add them to your existing supplement shake, consume them on their own or even add them to certain foods like yoghurt, smoothies and baked goods.
As a food supplement add a sprinkling to food or mix with milk. Use 1-3 times daily or as required.

Great product, I use it in my morning shake with water and it mixes up well in a blender and has no actual taste at all. Great to get a few extra. Carbs into your diet.
Good way to get extra carbs in your day, easy to mix in with a shake or make pancakes with. Excellent low GI carb source, taste isn't too great but mixed with a shake it's alright.
I usually buy supermarket Quakers oats, which all good, but when added to a shake it can turn it into unpleasant sludge. To combat this, I use a mix of around 50 grams of normal supermarket oats and 100 grams of instant oats. I ordered chocolate instant oats and therefore I can use unflavored egg protein. I have only tried chocolate, but it has a great taste, not too weak, not too strong, tastes like any other flavored whey would. This product is much better than standard oats in a supermarket and I am going to try all the flavors. My bulking shake is: 50 g of quakers oats 100g of instant oats 500ml of oat milk 50g of egg protein 70g of spinach 1 banana 2 tbsp of olive oil It makes a shake that isn't too thick and just about manageable for myself. I am lactose intolerant, hence the substitutes for whey and milk. Goes Well With:Milk
I use this as an extra intake for the morning and evening double scoop (unflavoured) for each drink with milk and and a large scoop of Nutella or peanut blended with half a banana bang on taste and works amazing ...

I started labouring full time and lost a stone of muscle in 3 months from over working (I still gymed every day) and from not being able to get enough calories into my diet to cope with the extra being burned. I train to keep a lean stomach and big up top but started loosing bulk fast after labouring. I started taking malt and oat powder to compensate for the extra work I was doing everyday. within 2 months i was beyond what I was before i started labouring size and weight wise. These carbs are simple but very effective. I still find it hard to fit in enough meals a day so two shakes with Oats, prote and malt in make up the difference everyday. If youre looking to bulk or just cant fit enough food into your schedule My Protein Oats and Malt is your answer.Goes Well With:Malt

Excellent, mixes well and keeps you fuller longer
I have been using instant oats for over 3 years as a source of energy in the morning to help support my aim of reducing body fat. It is an excellent source of low GI carbohydrates which help support me over a period of several hours. I have used the unflavoured option preferring to mix it with my Impact Diet Whey which is flavoured as a shake. I am happy recommending this product to anyone as I firmly believe it has helped me and continues to help me achieve my goal of lean muscle and reducing body fat. Goes Well With:Impact Diet Whey

These oats are brilliant the taste is very neutral as others have stated, mixes very easily with no lumps left behind. High calorie content when you add protein and milk, ideal for people who struggle to put on weight like myself.
