After reading reviews I was a bit nervous about the taste. Put it in a green smoothie in nutribullet and couldn't taste any difference. No smell either. Goes Well With:Green smoothie
Not great taste when on its own but chuck it in your post workout shake and you won't really taste it. Great for those looking to add on weight and well priced. Combine with nuts to get in some serious calories easily. Goes Well With:Whey, oats and nuts
this product is sooo tastey! Smells like fresh baked cakes a must for any mrp.
"excellent product, and very good if you want to bulk. taste very nice mixed with your whey protien shake."
This Egg Yolk Powder is good for extra calories and keto diets. It's not the best mixing powder, it's a bit lumpy. As for taste, I quite like it, it does have a sort of fresh cakes/bread flavour and smell. You can make your own weight gainer with this. I will be buying again. /br>Goes Well With:protein
Don't really taste it and its cheap. WIN WIN if you ask me
"Just had my first shake now. I mixed it with oats and whey protein and milk and cant taste anything, just like my normal shake. About effectiveness, well i just started it but i am sure it will be as effective as normal egg yolks. cheers my protein."
Helps you digest other protiens..
"OK, first off I take CEE and HMB and BCAAs, which I put straight into my mouth and wash down with water, so I can stomach most things, and don't like to complain about taste - your a bodybuildng after all However, I find even 5g of this stuff disgusting in a shake. I does not taste like 'freshly baked bread' in any way, trust me - it makes me gag, tastes kind of gamey Anyway, I'm sure its top notch quality and does the job as with all MP stuff, so hence the 4 stars, but forget about it tasting good"
Depending how it's made, you don't have any protein in the egg because you kill it with temperature. You have to lyophylize to have all the protein.
