It's a decent protein powder and would probably not bloat those who are sensitive to whey/diary, nevertheless, the powder stick to sides in blender (I can't imagine someone using it it a shaker), the mixability is alright but the stickiness of powder is unappealing and provides unnecessary hassle to make a smoothie. Chocolate flavour is probably the best as it mask perfectly those types of protein powders.
I normally use whey and milk protein, because of a price and a high protein content I tried the beefprotein. The unflavoured is awfull, its not coming out of my shaker. The bannana flavoured ok, but made me extremly windy, so because of that reason I am out.
