What is CarniPro?
CarniPro is a non-dairy source of protein and is 100% hydrolysed beef protein sourced from bovine. It provides approximately 22g of protein per serving and has a comprehensive amino acid profile providing all the essential amino acids (EAA's).
CarniPro has a high protein content (97%) which will contribute to the growth and maintenance of lean mass. It also has a low fat and sugar content which makes it an ideal choice of protein for reducing body fat levels as well as helping with the growth and repair of muscle tissue.
Who is CarniPro Suitable for?
CarniPro is recommended for anyone looking to increase daily protein intake and particularly those who are avoiding lactose and dairy products in their diet or are looking for an alternative source of protein.
Add 200-300ml of water or milk into our shaker (the less liquid the thicker the shake will be). Then add 1 MP large scoop (30g), shake and consume. Use 2-3 times daily or as required.

The nutritional information is based on the chocolate flavour, when choosing an alternative flavour the nutritional value will vary and in particular the protein content will increase by approximately 8%.

This kind of protein is the best one I have ever tried. I like the flavour so much and it also works very well.
I think the whey protein is far better than beef protein. The mixability of this product is not good. If someone can't consume whey protein, then this shall be a choice.
It's a decent protein powder and would probably not bloat those who are sensitive to whey/diary, nevertheless, the powder stick to sides in blender (I can't imagine someone using it it a shaker), the mixability is alright but the stickiness of powder is unappealing and provides unnecessary hassle to make a smoothie. Chocolate flavour is probably the best as it mask perfectly those types of protein powders.
I normally use whey and milk protein, because of a price and a high protein content I tried the beefprotein. The unflavoured is awfull, its not coming out of my shaker. The bannana flavoured ok, but made me extremly windy, so because of that reason I am out.
