Arginine Alpha-Ketoglutarate (AAKG) contains both Arginine and Alpha-Ketoglutarate. Arginine is a conditionally essential amino acid that has a number of vital roles in human biochemistry. Alpha-Ketoglutarate is another important biological compound, used by the body to help with the creation of usable energy from carbohydrates, fats and protein.
The Alpha-Ketoglutarate compound helps improve the delivery of l-arginine in metabolic pathways. AAKG is produced at a ratio of 2:1 (Arginine: Alpha-Ketoglutarate).
This is ideal for anyone taking part in physical, intense exercise programmes.
Add your preferred amount of water or fruit juice into our shaker. Then add 1g, shake and consume. Use 1-2 times daily.

First time I took AAKG, I put four scoops (4g) into my preworkout BCAAS's and Creatine mix. I felt a decent enough pump throughout my workout. I was meeting a bird later that day so although it wasn't an arm day, when I finished my session I figured that if bang out a few sets on Preacher curls. After about 10 reps I had an insane pump that lasted all day. Result Goes Well With:Vanity, Water and creatine. Do not mix with caffeinated products as they cancel each other out and become both ineffective
I have beem using this product couple monts and I have to say, this one gives a good pump to the gym. Feel more energized and can focus more to lifting. Also, I sleep much better and feel fresh at the morning.
I was very sceptical whether this product would have any effect on me. I have ordered 250grams to give it a try and I took two 5 gram scoops before gym. I have never experienced such a great pump, my muscles were so tensed after few reps. I looked significantly bigger and felt more confident. I could literally feel my muscles growing. Highly recommend this product, I take it with Citruline Malate also two 5 gram scoops.

Not bad pumps off this stuff. It has to be taken on a very empty stomach for max results. Tastes nasy but I did not buy it for taste. Pump can last up to an hour after a good workout. Not a bad product!Goes Well With:Caffine & water
Well I have tried it and for the first 3-4 days I didn't feel anything special. But after that the feeling is great. I can probably do +1 or +2 repsets , the venis are much more big and visible, the pump is incredible. You can feel how muscles are more hard and full. I have trided also other NO products and found the same result only with one that is in tablets but it is 2x more expensive. I would recomend this product. I use it 3-4g twice a day.In the morning on empty stomach and 40 minutes before workout on empty stomach. Goes Well With:Creatine Monohydrate
This Arginine Alpha Ketoglutarate works as expected. I take 4g about 30 minutes before a workout. It dissolves well with a slightly bitter taste. Just drink it in one gulp and the problem is gone. It does increase rep range (+1 or +2) and focus/energy throughout the sets. Maybe avoid taking it on leg days, as the increased blood flow to the lower body can sometimes cause headaches. Try it for yourself, but I found it caused no side effects apart from during squats and leg presses.Goes Well With:water
Taste and mixability Arginine on Alpha Ketoglutarate are fine and it pumps beyond my expectation, I take it twice per day, one just before heading to the gym with EEC, and another one with the L-Glutamate just before Sleep to encourage my body release more GH. Hi everyone. Ive been using impact whey + L-leucine for couple of months now and recently got Arginine and creatine Mono. With all the info out there many people say different doses. im confused can someone help. i train mornings around 9am so have breakfast at 7am. arginine states take 1st serving in the morning and then 45mins before training. and creatine mono just states twice daily. so should these be taken with no food or ok with breakfast. when would i need the 2nd dose of arginine if i take pre training. it may be me over thinking it but i know supplements to get optimal results is all about timing. dont want to waste all my hard work and money. Hope to hear asap

It works for pumps and enery but you could possibly benefit ffom cycling it - dont over-do the dosage - i couldnt bi-curl as it was too painful and had to separate tri and bi workouts

"Hi, I've been using AAKG for three weeks now in addition to usual products (which among other goodies, includes B-Alanine and creatine) and have found that it does have energy boosting properties, so I'm going to buy more. Forget the "pump" effect - that's secondary. The primary benefit is the slight increase in energy that it seems to give me. "jeepers, pump was untrue on biceps and tris. mixed with L-Leucine. 3g of each pre training in cold water. particle suspension, so a bit gritty. adding to boiling water totally dizzolves the powder, but does boiling water damage the powder?"
