Antarctic Krill Oil is extracted from the Antarctic krill species Euphausia Superba which is a trademark of Superba™. The oil is in a phospholipid form and rich in the Omega 3 fatty acids Eicosapentanoic acid (EPA) and Docosahexanoic acid (DHA) and contains the antioxidant Astaxanthin.
Superba™ trademark - Krill oil extracted from Antarctic Krill, Euphausia superba.
The oil is rich in omega-3 fatty acids, most of which are attached to phospholipids. Superba™ Krill Oil also contains the antioxidant Astaxanthin.
The advanced extraction process of Antarctic Krill Oil is performed with the complete absence of Hexane, a chemical often used in lesser quality Krill supplements. Our krill oil is produced through a unique and environmentally responsible process, meaning superior quality oil with a minimal impact on the natural resource.
The Eco-Harvesting® is a trademark of Aker BioMarine, this is an environmentally friendly technology developed for catching Krill without by-catch and minimal impact to the environment.
EPA and DHA contribute to the normal function of the heart, maintenance of normal blood triglyceride levels, and the maintenance of normal blood pressure.
As the current Western diet is particularly low in the healthier phospholipid fatty acids, Antarctic Krill Oil offer an easy and effective way of increasing daily consumption and is suitable for anyone looking to increase omega 3 intake.

I bought this primarily to give to my mother, who suffers somewhat with arthritic hands, which have caused problems when she has to open jars, etc. She told me that, after only a week on these tablets taking one per day, her pain was drastically reduced and she felt more dexterously capable than she had in years. Clearly, this is one powerful anti-inflammatory, along with other things. The price was also unbeatable for 90 tablets at 500mg, which makes the price you'd typically pay on the high street (often for only 30 tablets) look like a joke minus the amusing punchline. I shall definitely be back for more-these are highly recommended.
Excellent product and will definitely buy again. Great value for money and like how the capsules don't have any kind of after taste like some products do.
The gold standard as far as Omega 3 supplements go. I am using this as part of my pre contest for mens physique, I take 3 in morning, 3 lunch time, and 3 before bed. Thanks Goes Well With:I also use peptopro, whey impact protein and alpha men.
Having conducted research into the benefits of Krill Oil, and reputable retailers of such a product, I was relieved to discover that Krill Oil was offered for sale by My Protein at a price that I considered reasonable, in comparison to other retailers. Following receipt of the product, on Friday 3rd January 2014, I've taken one 500mg capsule daily. Thus far, I've reported the following benefits: I've witnessed a marked improvement in the overall condition of my skin, hair and nails; After three days' consumption, I'd noticed that my body didn't seem to be as stiff and as achy following a night's sleep; and Upon beginning consumption, during which I'd begun to suffer from a head cold, the associated symptoms remained restricted to a blocked nose, which has since subsided. Additionally, since beginning consumption, I'm also pleased to report that the capsules have not produced any un-welcome reflux, something which I've previously encountered with triglyceride forms of fish oil. Unfortunately, due to my recent head cold, I'm unable to comment upon the effectiveness of Krill Oil and its sub-component, Astaxanthin, as a supplement to support one's sporting goals, however, due to the anti-inflammatory properties displayed by both, I'm hopeful that they will provide support as I begin my quest to venture from the confines of the swimming pool to open-water swimming. Goes Well With:Water.
very fast delivery, easy to take, much cheaper than other brands that mask the krill smell with another/and taste, man up and get them down your neck.you have more than likely smelt and tasted much worse[and not complained]Goes Well With:any drink or food
Best value on the web, like for like. Good service & delivery. Most importantly, the product does the job it supposed to do. Nuff said ;o)
Potent source of DHA/EPA. Proven to be more effective than Omega 3 alone. Highly recommend, the science is there. All my joints are great and it takes a while for serum levels to rise. This is a long term solution.Goes Well With:A good lifestyle and nutrition plan.
This Antarctic Krill Oil is one of the best krill oils I have ever had. The taste is good and not so disgusting like other products.
It's Krill Oil. It's not going to be ultra-tasty and filled with butterfly nectar and unicorn tears. However, it gets the Omega-3 into you, and it does so without giving you fishy breath and a feeling as though you swallowed the contents of your aquarium.Goes Well With:Breakfast.
Has a positive effect on the muscles and brain activity.
The first batch I got of these from Mp included some capsules that leaked, so they all got very messy and smelly. This batch is fine, just a faint fishy smell. Like other krill oil I have used krill doesn't give any fishy reflux like some fish oil I have used. There's good evidence that it is an excellent source of omega 3 and it's more sustainable than many fish oils. It would get a full 5 stars if it was MSC or MCS certified. I don't often eat enough fish in a week to get my Omega 3 so taking one of these daily and eating some fish covers me I think.Goes Well With:Water, with/after food.
Have had this about 2 weeks now and have found my lower back pain has reduced a huge amount I have never been this pain free for years. This has to be the best value out there I used to take code liver oil but I shall now be taking this for the foreseeable future. I am very impressed with the service I receive from Myprotein and I will always buy my supplements from them.Goes Well With:glucosamine
Excellent product, very easy to consume and leave no after taste which is a result on its own
Excellent product. Keeps my finger joints free for playing my bagpipes and .my knees free for marching. I only need one a day too
Great. Does what it says on teh tin. Started two weeks ago and my joints feel better, not as much cracking and aching the day after the gym.
Excellent product, they do everything cod liver oil does and more, I had palpitations quite often so I looked into what I could do to fix it as the hospital couldn't find anything wrong with me (not doing their job properly), I came across Krill oil, they took about 2 weeks to start working and now after many months consuming this product I have a healthy heart, I also had elbow pain from body-building and now I don't get elbow pain any more. They don't taste of anything, easy to swallow but they smell strong which isn't a problem as it is derived from fish, makes sense.Goes Well With:anything
They're easy to swallow and they don't repeat on you like other fish oils. When you open the bottle it might reek but you don't get the taste when you actually consume it - thankfully.Goes Well With:any drink - probably better with water
This Antarctic Krill Oil smells terrible but there's no taste or after taste and no fishy burps. It works great and has worked wonders on my dodgy knees. Goes Well With:water
Astounded! Training for a half marathon and since upping my runs from 6 to 8 now ten miles 3x per week I developed aches in and just above my knees on post run days. I started the kill oil on a non run day and the following day did my ten miles in a personal best time without any soreness in my knees. The personal best I can't attribute to the kill oil but the knee aches haven't come back. I'm no whisp of a runner either at 16st my knees endure some serious stress. I've not adjusted any other training variables so It can only be down to the kill oil. It however doesn't feel as though it minimizes muscle soreness from weight training but for joint pain its a saviour. I'm currently on Warfarin (blood thinner) and because of those I'm not able to take anti inflamatories like iburofen or aspirin. I'm therefore very pleased that the oil works especially as quickly as it did.
Got this for my heart palpitations and it definitely works.Goes Well With:any drink
I bought these Antarctic Krill Oil capsules as I've read that krill oil is more effective than fish oil, so you don't need to take such large quantities to get the benefits, both to mind, joints etc. I'm very pleased with the product. They're easy to swallow and they don't repeat on you or make you burp. Just take one each morning, it couldn't be easier.
This Antarctic Krill Oil was recommended by my chiropractor after a fall. I've been taking 2 a day for 2 years now along with my wife who has arthritic ankle which plays up in the winter, and we both feel 100% better. We have recommended it to friends and family.
I have been taken these Antarctic Krill Oil tablets for a few weeks now and I really love the results. My knee has been so much better despite all the training I am doing. I didn't see the results straight away, it took a week and a half to start feeling the improvements. It's highly recommended.
After starting on Antarctic Krill Oil, I feel more alert and more healthy.
Antarctic Krill Oil is a great product with no fishy after taste. Works wonders for my knee's on high mileage cycling.
Antarctic Krill Oil is a fantastic product that set me back on the road to sound health just after a week's usage. The delivery was a bit later than planned, but the goodness of the product compensated.Goes Well With:Just normal water
I found that these stopped any clicking or joint aches and took about a week to notice the effects.
"Make no mistake, at £50 for 4 months supply this is not a cheap way to get your daily dose of fishy oils. However, it is worth every penny. I'm on my third 240 capsule pot of this now, my second in succession after trying it out last year. At 45 years old, I do tend to creak a little getting up in the mornings. Or at least I used to anyway. Since using this product, I'm a lot more fluid in my movements, morning creaks have disappeared and the beginnings of aches in my joints have vanished. I haven't picked up any colds or viral infections either but that might just be coincidence. I cannot recommend this product highly enough, particularly to older fitness freaks, those with joint issues and those who dislike fish. If you do take the plunge, don't expect to see results overnight - it took about four to six weeks before I began to notice the improvements in my well-being. Oh, and no fishy burps either! This supplement for me is an essential and one that I shall keep on using. Shame there are no multi-buy discounts available."
