These are comfortable to wear,well made,stitching seems good so far,the hooks are strong-only lifted 80kg with them so far but really helped as I have poor hand grip strength (arthritis) Would definitely recommend them
I dont know if Im getting on with these Myprotein Iron Hooks. Theyre easy to use, I just keep trapping the skin on my fingers between the hook and the bar. If the hook was the same diameter as a barbell it wouldnt happen, but then its got to be a universal hook size to fit all. It definitely enables you to lift more, dumbbell / barbell rows, chins. I've only used them twice, so need to bed them in a bit. But overall it's very good for the money.Goes Well With:weak forearms!
