Helps me power through last 15 mins
I do cardio intense (‘intensity of 10 cities’ intense!) workouts and used to drink coconut water as a low sugar way of rehydrating. Since switching to these I find I am stronger in the last 15 mins of workouts (I finish with a rowing machine sprint and am now clocking better times) and am not knackered afterwards like I used to be. Whatever the magic ingredient is in these, it is working. Goes Well With:Cardio intense workouts

Good buzz
I’m m really liking these energy drinks right now. I don’t like coffee so struggle to feel energised before a workout. Drinking 1 of these before a workout gives me more energy and ready to go for that workout I wasn’t quite looking forward to. It keeps me feeling energised whilst working out and I think I push myself that bit more as I’m feeling the buzz. I have no adverse effects to the caffeine so I believe it the right amount of buzz 😄Goes Well With:Water intake during workout

Not the best flavour! I'm a fan of competitor drinks and usually go for citrus flavours but this misses the mark. I'd recommend trying another option.

i was worried these were going to taste horrible but they're really nice. i'm partial to having a can of monster before the gym but these were too good for the price not to buy. i've tried all flavours now and they're all nice. they seem to work in terms of boosting energy too.
