Pretty good
5I was thinking of rating this product 4 stars primarily for the reason that is it unnesscary, however since that you now know that it probably deserves 5 stars. Alphamen is a pretty decent supplement with some good stuff instead it, it helps you feel better, promotes the immune system and gives you energy. If you work I would probably reccomended this to you as it can help, saying that it doesn't taste nice (but to me that doesn't matter at all because you take it for what it is, not how it taste) and its not needed totally. However the point of supplements are to aid whats needed (food and excersise) So if you believe you could use this product, by all means by it - myprotein is an amazing site for supplements. Goes Well With:Anything, have ti with water - just take it and dont complain.

Excellent
5Started taking around 6 months ago, and can't fault it. Feel more energised, and haven't been ill since. I only take 2 before going to bed, and a Berrocca in the morning.

Smells terrible, works fine
5Got these to top up my immune system. So far, so alive! They may smell a little bit odd, but they do the job, and they're in an airtight container!Goes Well With:Water....

5Pretty much does what it says. Needed multi-vitamin and these seem to do the trick.

A Decent Amount of Everything
4My only gripe would be the fact that there's hardly any potassium in the doses which is essential for gaining effectively. Of course just bomb a couple of bananas, add some spinach to your meals etc and your laughing.Goes Well With:...Water?

Alpha Men - good plan
5Easy to take and with no digestion backlash! Because these tablets are taken at a 4 per day rate, you can vary amounts easily. Why vary? Differing body weights and nutritional needs. Sometimes a large daily vitamin dose can unbalance your appetite as your body seeks to compensate or cause other nutritional issues. Smaller amounts spread across several meals is also less likely to upset your digestion or nutritional needs. As a masters endurance athlete, with light body weight, two/ three a day works well for me. Energy and response to exercise is better with than without these tablets and I fell my recovery is a little quicker, especially if i'm not finding enough resting time from my coaching activities. Recommended as a worthwhile improvement to many diets.

excellent product
5The vitamins and minerals plus extracts in Alpha Men keep me going very well, I really like this product. I've been using it for my base supplementation. These are highly recommended!

Worth Buying
4I really like the Alpha Men but they really need to put a coating on them, so you don't taste the horrible flavour.Goes Well With:Anything just neck them back quick
