100% Methyl Sulfonyl Methane Powder

Great product. The taste is horrible but it does the job. I am disappointed about the information given here but if you do your research on sulphur (msm) and what wonders it can do to you central nervous system you'll know that taking this stuff is absolute food for the nerves that control everything, including your muscles. This stuff is sometimes called the beauty powder. It has amazing effects on your skin, teeth, joints etc.. If you go to other shops you'll notice it has on it a picture of joints and bones. Knowing the effects it has all over your body all that this tells me is that it has a great nack for getting into even the driest places on your body. Recommended.

MSM made my nails and hair grow fast! I also noticed, that joint pain was reduced dramatically. Try to mix it with a shake, because taking a scoop directly into the mouth will reveal MSM's very bitter tase.

This stuff has literally changed my life. Great for stopping aches and pain in your joints, nightly sore knees gone. Dull ache in lower back gone. However, it's the side effect of dulling your allergys. For me it's nearly got rid of my hay fever, so for me fantastic!

I bought MSM powder after reading a few reviews on how good it was for joint pain. I had been in a lot of pain after injuring my shoulder and even a chiropractor was no help. I've been taking this for about 8 weeks and can honestly say I hardly feel any pain now. Maybe an odd twinge now and then. I am even able to exercise and do press ups again, which I could not do before, as could put no weight on my arm and shoulder. I can't prove its the powder that's helped, maybe its got better on its own but I had the injury for months prior and nothing worked so i'm convinced its helped, so I don't want to stop taking it just in case. I've just ordered my second bag and will continue to use it to keep the pain at bay. Its more like sugar crystals than a powder and they take a few minutes to dissolve. I usually stir some into some juice in the mornings and leave for about 5 mins then give a good stir again before drinking. I don't think there is hardly any taste to it to be honest, I certainly can't taste it in my juice. Will definitely be recommending to my friends and family who suffer with joint pain.

I wasn't going to get my hopes up but better than expected. I been training very hard for over 14 years. Have large muscle mass, so been quite successful in building muscles which is my goal. This has taken its toll on my joints. I have had bad knees for years, with no clear clinical cause to what is causing them. I've had a lot of physio and even surgery. My lower back has 3 bulging discs. I bought this product as I saw numerous of people comments about pain reduction on joints. I knew that I have bulging discs and that pain probably be there for ever just need to train smart. But as no clear direction for my legs, I put it down to tight muscles and slight muscle in balance. I wondered if this product could help. Previously I'd say my knee pain was 4-7 on scale of 10. Varied daily, some days when was at a 7 I couldn't stand still in a spot or sit down straight, for more than 15 mins without being in pain. Since taking this product my pain has reduced to 3-5 daily. This has allowed my to push my leg workouts more. In addition, I've had a niggly shoulder. Its deffo helped with that.

MSM is proved as a golden substance to fight hidden inflammation - seldom you feel the need for it or can judge how it helped you; only blood test can prove the difference. I believe it helps and take it as it is derived from natural organic substance from trees.

This helped immensely with my shoulder pain, while lifting. Would highly recommend. Mixes well and is tasteless. Within about 3/4 days of supplementing with MSM, my shoulder pain was much better.
