Sizing guide

Most athletes prefer a medium-length wrist wrap, which suits a wide range of exercises.

If you have very small wrists, the small length is usually the best fit.

Hand wash with warm water and mild detergent, then leave to air dry.

Do not machine wash or tumble dry, as this can damage the material.
