They are certainly a good source of protein, but may not be as calorie efficient comparative to other sources.

Are nut butters vegan?

All the nut butters we stock are vegan-friendly; our All-Natural Peanut Butter, Almond Butter and Cashew Butter are all vegan diet favourites and vegan fans love our Powdered Peanut Butter as well as our one of a kind vegan-friendly Peanut Butter Cups!

Are nut butters gluten-free?

Not all nut butters are gluten-free, however we have a range to choose from; our All-Natural Peanut Butter, as well as our Almond Butter, are both gluten-free, as is our Powdered Peanut Butter product

Our All-Natural Peanut Butter would be the lowest calorie option we stock per serving, however you can save even more calories if you opt for the Powdered Peanut Butter - cutting calories virtually in half per serving!

Which nut butter has the least fat?

Our All-Natural Peanut Butter would be the lowest fat option we stock per serving, however our Powdered Peanut Butter is by far the lowest fat option we stock in our nut butter range!

What is nut butter made of?

Our nut butters are as naturally pure as you can hope to get in the market; both our Almond Butter and peanut butter options are made from 100% nut (with the skin on) with our Cashew Butter being 96% nut, with the remaining 4% being sunflower oil.

Are nut butters bad for you?

Nut butters are rich in vitamins, minerals and health-boosting nutrients, but if misused (in the context of your whole diet) you may not get the desired health benefit.

What nut butters are keto-friendly?

Most of our all-natural nut butter products would be keto-friendly, as would our Powdered Peanut Butter. The only exception would be the cashew butter, which is naturally higher in carbohydrate, however, it can still fit in the context of a keto diet - depending on the serving size.
