    Myprotein Resistance Bands are extra-strong, long resistance bands designed for heavy duty training. Resistance bands are primarily for use with bench press and deadlift training, where they add extra resistance. However, they can also be adapted to help with pull-ups and other body weight exercises such as press-ups.

    Myprotein Resistance Bands are sold in pairs to ensure the greatest variety of exercises can be performed with five different resistances available; ranging from 2-79 kgs.

    All resistance bands are made from one piece 100% latex rubber; offering durability, strength and memory. Each band measures 104cm in length.

    Available resistances:
    2-16 kg (red band)
    11-36 kg (purple band)
    23-54 kg (green band)
    27-68 kg (blue band)
    32-79 kg (orange band)

      Great product as usual! Wish they were in stock as i could do with the more resistant ones! But the mini ones are excellent

      I bought the blue bands which provide a heavy resistance, perfect for speed word when anchored (to a rack or bar/weights). No major issues with them just make sure you check them each time you use them for wear. The red and purple are more suited to mobility work And rehab, anything higher is for power/speed or assistance work. Beware of grease and oil as they will break down the latex and cause your bands to snap, so wash your hand before use or chalk them up.

      Ordered the 24-54kg bands as lighter ones were out of stock. They are much thicker than I expected which is a good thing. Will be tested out for deadlifts and squats tomorrow and really cant wait!! Will definately be ordering the lighter bands as soon as they are back in stock

      Use this to improve my chin ups for my army selection, brought the 2-16kg one and can squeeze out a few more reps to be beneficial,also put these across my back to make press/push ups a bit harder. No problems with length - i'm 6 foot 1 with quite long limbs and its fine. Band seems well made - wont snap or wear out for a long time.

      got the 11-36 kg option and they are outstanding, also own some bands from the leading brands and these are just as good quality at a much better price. very practical that they come in pairs as well as most websites sell in singles, great for using on bars for squats etc. defintely going to buy more. Thanks!
