      Just had my first shake now. I mixed it with oats and whey protein and milk and cant taste anything, just like my normal shake. About effectiveness, well i just started it but i am sure it will be as effective as normal egg yolks. cheers my protein.

      OK, first off I take CEE and HMB and BCAAs, which I put straight into my mouth and wash down with water, so I can stomach most things, and don't like to complain about taste - your a bodybuildng after all However, I find even 5g of this stuff disgusting in a shake. I does not taste like 'freshly baked bread' in any way, trust me - it makes me gag, tastes kind of gamey Anyway, I'm sure its top notch quality and does the job as with all MP stuff, so hence the 4 stars, but forget about it tasting good
