I honestly am gob smacked by the results...1 week of 3gs of Phosphatidyl Serine a day and my tummy has gone. Always had a small tyre that I couldn't shift. Its gone! Started a new job and my stress levels had gone through the roof and the bulging tummy was growing. So my partner bought me this and I seem more chilled as well. If its psychological I don't care...its worked. It tastes disgusting, and it won't mix with anything and you can always taste it so resorted to teaspoon and swiftly followed by warm water.

Great stuff, tastes very neutral, mild, so no idea why one person said tastes disgusting. Find intellectual capacity and memory very much improved with this. Fluoride damages brain tissue and stops natural production of phosphatidyl serine in human body, and this stuff is precursor of brain cell growth process and part of brain cell substance also, so this is a good antidote to damage caused by fluoride in toothpaste, food and water. Food sources of this just never have the effect this supplement does. Very good product, excellent price in comparison to competitors, and benefits seem to last for months even after I stop taking it for a while, but feel like I need to have some more now.
Love this product and love the price too! I throw it in to my blender whilst creating a green smoothie for a whole body tonic... I mean really, it does so many things to improve performance and retard aging who shouldn't be using it? It has a bland taste if you tip your tongue into it.... not bad but ideally placed in a spoonful of yogurt, nut or seed butter if on the run, or blended with your favourite ingredients in a shake or smoothie if you've a little more time. Well worth the effort either way. Goes Well With:Fish oils for healthy heart brain, circulation etc.
I will start by saying Phosphatidyl Serine doesn't mix very well or even taste nice, but I didn't purchase it for those reasons, I purchased this product to help reduce cortisol levels. Taking 1g in the morning after training and 1g at night just before bed (mixed with 250ml water) it has helped me sleep deeper (I don't wake up as many times as I used to), and it has even helped my metabolism. It arrived within 48 hours of purchase in perfect condition. I would definitely use MyProtein again for supplements etc.
I use Phosphatidyl Serine to help me relax and sleep at night. It also improves brain function. I have found it works very well.
Love this Phosphatidyl Serine! Really hones the mind so that focus is so much sharper. Perfect in a green smoothie first thing but on the run I have eaten a half teaspoonful in some coconut oil and found it tasted very acceptable... bit like Lecithin granules. Just really wish the pack had a measuring scoop to make the small doses needed easier to estimate. I have looked around for suitably sized mini scoops but they seem difficult to source? Last but never least, the price.. outstanding! I use to take a capsule form and it costs ten or more times as much! So many thanks for saving me a second mortgageGoes Well With:Grapeseed extract
"Small round sticky granules, reminiscent of Soy Lecithin........... In my mouth there is a just about a taste but it's barely anything, also reminiscent of Soy Lecithin........... I did empty out one of the older larger size MP Magnesium / Zinc capsules and found that 1 1/2 MP mini scoops (the 300mg dose) of PS fitted just right with a small tap and shake. But there's no need for me to cap this........... I aimed at having 400mg per day but over about 6 months the two mini scoops worked out to 560mg per day of PS in my morning protein / green powders drink which I mix warm water into with just a simple stir........... The initial effect for me was like having a bit too much caffeine, but without becoming: uncoordinated, sad, shaking for 6 hours, unable to sleep........... I noticed my painful joins, caused by what I presume was inflammation and swelling, no longer hurt........... I started taking it six months ago to see if it would help with memory and mental sharpness but I'm not sure if there was much or any improvement........... It seems to have given me some tolerance to cocoa which previously could stop me sleeping and have an effect approaching caffeine. I can now have 20 grams of cocoa in the morning and sleep that night; not possible before........... So the PS does have an effect with me, perhaps based in moderating a Cortisol response or level? The reviewers below who found a mental improvement maybe were having a lot higher dose at 1/2 or 3 x 1/4 teaspoon a day."
"Quick point to using this, it tastes vile (to me at least) and isn't water soluble. How I have been taking it is on a spoon with a small chunk of peanut butter which makes it somewhere much nearer to ok."

I took about 1/2 teaspoon twice a day for 5 weeks. I added it to my daily shakes - i have without doubt felt sharper and more clear headed - this is a great supplement for memory boost and I am sure it elevated my mood - the equiv in GNC is about 10 times the price - good job guys
"I recently started using this again - this time the MP stuff - and i'm loving the results. I have been using it only about 10 days now - 1/4 tsp in the morning, after training, and before bed (basically when cortisol levels are peaking). I've been quite lean for a while now, but always struggled to shift the tire around my belly, despite calorie restriction, extra cardio, cutting carbs, etc.. Since taking this stuff, i've definately noticed my 'roll' is starting to go. I've also noticed greater mental acuity, and less fatigue after dealing with stressful situations. My only minor issue is that it doesnt mix all that great, but a bit of stirring does it. It tastes neutral. I just wish MP would stock a higher extract, as i think the results would be even better ...."
