I purchased these oats as they are gluten free and other oats tend to leave me bloated as I have a slight intolerance to gluten. I have no bloat or any discomfort after eating these oats. I have 50g every morning with almond & coconut milk as well as peanut butter. The only downside is that the scoop doesn't way out 50g, more towards 40g. So if you are tracking your macros I suggest using scales as a backup. All in all this product is brilliant. Goes Well With:Sugar free blueberry syrup, peanut butter, almond milk, coconut milk
These GF oats are great - I have them either raw with cinnamon and chopped dates and milk. They also make good porridge - I make mine with water and it still has a good consistency. My only issue is that one serving is suppose to be a scoop. Not sure if it's just me but I need more than that for breakfast - I eat 2 scoops every day and that's just about enough! Otherwise - great value for money if you eat oats every day and have a gluten intolerance (as it's usually way more expensive)
Not the best in terms of taste but for the price its great. The only problem is that it comes in flakes instead of whole oats which I would have much preferred.
