Our EAA+ tablets are ideal for anyone wanting to include EAA's in their diet for a low cost.
Essential Amino Acids (EAA) are required in order to build new tissue and help with cellular repair. Getting the right amount within a diet helps athletes to improve their lean mass and also recover quicker from exercise. The main essential amino acids required by the body are L Leucine, L Isoleucine, L Valine, L Lysine, L Phenylalanine, L Threonine, L Histidine and L Methionine. These can be found in small quantities in natural foods.
Essential Amino Acids are termed "essential" because they cannot be produced in the body and must be supplied through the diet. A diet with a balanced number of amino acids can promote greater gains in lean mass and improved recovery from exercise.
We recommend consuming 3-5 tablets 1-3 times daily for optimal results.

I recently hit a wall with my muscle gains and I found out it may have been due to a lack of some amino acids ie leucine. Since using MP EAA tablets my gains have once again improved. Fantastic product and cheapest around.Goes Well With:MP impact whey

Its difficult a be certain of the effectiveness of this product, as I've seen no physical changes. That said I've only been taking this for the last week.
The tablets are on the slightly on the large side, so swallowing them is a bit difficult. I recommend lots of water. There is also no taste to the tablets.

"Have been taking these for 2 months pre and post workout with true whey, great product cant really measure their effectiveness but you know they are contributing, tablet size is ideal allowing high mg of EAA's and easy to wash down one after the other, no scent or flavour to them which is a plus since some other tablets ive had are foul smelling/tasting are hard to take down. may try BCAA's next seem better value for money and may be able to drop the rest of the amino acids as they are in the whey protein."

"Been using EAA+ for about 2 months now, instead of heavy protein drinks. Have seen a better standard of energy and recovery. Weight training has become easier, and weights have felt lighter, due to a sense of more power when taking these. One downside is the massive recommended dosage MP suggest! 15 capsules a day maximum, and they're big pills to swallow! I usually take 3-4 at breakfast, 3-4 before training, 3-4 after training, and 3 early evening. I work 12 hour shift work so ca only train on my days off, so every 4 days, for 4-5 days, even with this I still see results and have good recovery time. Hope this helps people."

"Going to be getting some of these soon, wondered if anyone else had tried them yet? I'm unsure of the dosage, 3-5, 1-3 times daily? Do you think 5 caps Pre and post workout would be effective?\n\nThanks in advance."
