I really wanna buy these but I wondered what form do they come in? Is it a liquid capsule or powdered capsule? I can't stand taking tablets so I'm wondering whether I can crush it and put it into a protein shake?! Any tips would be so helpful! Thankyou :)
First of all this is the best type of amino acids (vs BCAA) because unlike BCAA's which only give you 3 A-Acids, ECA gives you all of them, so your body benefits more. I have done 6 months training without ECAs and currently im on my 4th week with ECAs. Result: Recovery time has decreased which means less muscle mass loss when ripping up. prefect for people who want to reduce Body Fat % without losing size. And my gains have increased. JUST ONE PROBLEM. I have choked on these pills about 6 times now! The shape and size is just wrong! I have to chew on them before i can wash it down with water, and they don't taste nice at all. Its difficult a be certain of the effectiveness of this product, as I've seen no physical changes. That said I've only been taking this for the last week. The tablets are on the slightly on the large side, so swallowing them is a bit difficult. I recommend lots of water. There is also no taste to the tablets.
"Have been taking these for 2 months pre and post workout with true whey, great product cant really measure their effectiveness but you know they are contributing, tablet size is ideal allowing high mg of EAA's and easy to wash down one after the other, no scent or flavour to them which is a plus since some other tablets ive had are foul smelling/tasting are hard to take down. may try BCAA's next seem better value for money and may be able to drop the rest of the amino acids as they are in the whey protein."
"Been using EAA+ for about 2 months now, instead of heavy protein drinks. Have seen a better standard of energy and recovery. Weight training has become easier, and weights have felt lighter, due to a sense of more power when taking these. One downside is the massive recommended dosage MP suggest! 15 capsules a day maximum, and they're big pills to swallow! I usually take 3-4 at breakfast, 3-4 before training, 3-4 after training, and 3 early evening. I work 12 hour shift work so ca only train on my days off, so every 4 days, for 4-5 days, even with this I still see results and have good recovery time. Hope this helps people."
I havent used this products yet. ive been using BCAA. Just wondered what one you would suggest is more favourable? EAA or BCAA?
