I have found that it mixes well with coco fat (butter) coco fat is a valuable mid chain fatty acid which is good for the old brain !! dose of phenlalanine 2 desertspoon fulls on a digestive biscuit goes well
How do you mix this product? With water/squash/milk? Its not easy to mix into drinks can anyone recommend another way to take it? What time of day is it best to take it? Is it recommended that you take it with/before/after food?
