Love this stuff, very effective, good taste for the tropical falvour reminding me of the sour 1p chews i got as a kid. No problems recommending this at all.
Read about the gains you can apparently make from creatine so decided to give this a shot. The first 2 weeks all I noticed was that I was going to the toilet for a number 1 a bit more often. Week 3/4 I have noticeably bigger biceps and shoulders, must be the creatine! I tried taking it mixed in a glass with water but now I just scoop straight into my mouth and wash it down with my protein shake.
I have been using creatine for a while now its the best product if you want to maximize you reps range. I normally mix creatine with a sport drink before my workout because it does not taste very good if you take it with water. The only downside is that its very hard to dissolve so i would recommend to use an electronic shaker for best results.
Been on this for a week and half and its crazy how much more iam lifting!! Dont know if its phsycological but i have so much energy n can see a differnce already when lookin in the mirror. Defo getting more of this!!! Recomend this to everyone!
Mixes well, is much easier than taking tablets every day. I liked this product a lot but with it being unflavored, I've had to mark it down for taste :(

After taking creatine for about 2 weeks everyday I am starting to see great results along with hard work in work outs, my general strength has significantly increased. It mixes well with any fork of liquid, on rest days I take my creatine with orange juice and after work out I add it to my whey protein
Trials have shown Creatine Monohydrate works, so you needn't take my word for it. Visit examine dot com and read all about it. You probably know this already, but just in case: Taking Creatine boosts the energy reserves of the muscle cells so that during hard exercise you have a little bit more in reserve. This allows you to push slightly heavier weights around and/or do more reps, hence the increased muscle mass. In other words, taking this stuff doesn't build muscle, but it makes it easier for you to work your muscles harder and so leads to increased muscle gain. Tip: if you are getting stomach trouble after drinking, or are fed up of stirring the stuff to get it to dissolve, try using warm water. I use stuff from the kettle that has cooled a little. Just an inch in the cup should be enough. Once it is dissolved (usually very quick) stir in enough cold water to make it easy to drink off in one go, and Bob's your uncle. The stuff is pretty stable to heat, melting at over 250°C so hot water won't hurt it.
Not sure if this product works more because of its physiological affect on you but it does seem to be working, usually mix this with some instant oats and whey but occasionally I'll just mix it with some water or squash if I have it before a workout. Definitely recommend this to someone looking to bulk up or gain lean mass, did make me feel a little bit sick about an hour after consumption for the first one or two times but I'm fine with it nowGoes Well With:Instant oats, whey, water, milk
