Creatine Gluconate is a molecule of creatine bonded to a molecule of glucose. When these two molecules are combined, the result is a form of creatine that is absorbed in much the same way as glucose. This means an advanced amount of creatine can arrive at your muscle, increasing all the usual benefits of normal creatine.
Creatine increases physical performance in successive bursts of short-term, high intensity exercise. With Creatine Gluconate, the glucose molecules act as your transportation system giving you an increased absorption of creatine in to the muscle.
Creatine Gluconate is ideal for anyone taking part in successive bouts of short-term, high intensity exercise, and is looking to increase overall performance and recovery.
Add 1 and a half MP small scoops (5g) to water, shake and consume. Use 1-2 times daily preferably directly before and after exercise. After 8 weeks of continued use take 1 week off and start period again.

Good quality product, very few side effects compared to monohydrate
A great product that can be incorporated with anyone's goals, whether that is building endurance or building muscle. I usually mix the recommended serving with 500-600ml of juice (water and cordial) in a protein shaker. I tend to leave it for a while and sip it an hour and a half before my workout. as you're not necking it in one go, it dissolves a lot better that way. If it's left a good time to dissolve, there are no bits at the bottom and you cant taste anything! Just like having the juice on its own. I have noticed that my muscles feel a lot fuller during the workout and a lot of the time, my muscles feel pumped a lot of the time after cycling it for 2 weeks. I would definitely recommend it as a 250g pouch can last a long time if you stick to 10g a day. Maybe cycle a pouch a time so you don't need to buy loads in one go? For something that gives a significant result at a low price, it's a winner in my eyes.Goes Well With:Juice cordial or a protein shake that requires over 500ml of liquid (post workout)
First time I've this type of Creatine as I've usually had Monohydrate in the past. First at all it does not mix well at all with water! It does not dissolve smoothly and theres always bits and clumps at the bottom of the glass to neck down. However It isn't noticable when added to a protein shake. Cannot argue with the results though! Within days I'm breaking through my max weight limitations. Finding extra energy for more reps and sets when doing heavy lifting. Played football after a week on Creatine Gluconate and I had the stamina of a dog, where as I normally shattered after 20 minutes. I will definitly purchase again after I've finished my 8 weeks on and 4 weeks off cycle. Just a shame it doesn't mix well.Goes Well With:Protein Shake
I wanted to try this creatine, even there are not official studies that show tha creatine gluconate is better in any way! Untill now its just ok, doing something better than protein alone! I have to wait more..
Great stuff to take with Glut and Pro...
Best most effective creatine. Worth the bit of extra money.
Creatine Gluconate is a great price and a great product.Goes Well With:Water, juice.
I tried this Creatine Gluconate after hearing nothing but good things, but no matter what I didn't feel a thing. As far as the taste goes, there was hardly any, with a bit of a gritty consistency left over so thought that I would be on to a winner as far as creatine supplements go, but after repeated use I had no noticeable effects from the supplement, which is odd because I have taken creatine for about the last 15 years and always notice something, but this had absolutely no effect whatsoever. I will definitely be going back to the others I have had great success with.
I've tried Creatines on and off for a few years now. Although I am a creatine responder and gained both weight and strength from using it over a few weeks, I did tend to get bad digestion from Monohydrate and even the micronised versions sometimes seemed to be a bit clumpy when mixing. I never really liked the capsule format creatine variants, I take enough pills and wanted to have a powder to mix into drinks and shakes. Although it's hard to rate Creatine Gluconate as being wildly more or less effective than regular mono, I am seeing the same sort of weight, fullness and strength increases as with any creatine and the mixability seems better. As I've had no stomach distress so far, I intend to stick with it. It might just be psychological, but it seems like an improvement over monohydrate - at least for me.Goes Well With:Pre and post workout shakes
