BCAA Peptides are an enhanced form of BCAA providing 50% BCAA Peptides in a 2:1:1 ratio of Leucine, Isoleucine and Valine. The peptide form means that it is manufactured from whey protein isolate using a proprietary enzyme that breaks the long chains down into more readily absorbable di and tri-peptides.
The peptide form allows for a faster absorption due to the high capacity intestinal transporter which can lead to a faster release into the muscle and a greater muscle protein synthesis response.
BCAA Peptides are ideal for anyone taking part in intense training and is after optimal muscle recovery.

Hello, 3 comments from me about the BCAA Peptides Unflavoured, two bad, one good: Bad#1: They taste awful. The only solution I've found so far is mixing them with coffee. Bad#2: They don't mix with water. They just become foam floating on top of the water. Throwing some whey in the shaker copes with this a bit. Good: They seem to get the job done. Energy plus recovery. I don't know if this is placebo, since it's my first time I use BCAAs. Hope I helped.Goes Well With:Whey, coffee.
I'm not convinced on this one I'm afraid. I'll stick to getting my BCAAs from my diet instead!
Great taste mixes well with creatine in my protein shaker , Early days yet ,but feeling good and less fatigued Goes Well With:Creatine
I have the berry blast flavour and at fist it did not smell great , but mixed with water it was really nice to drink ! Much better than the unflavoured version (as the unflavoured is really bad tasting ) Aches from working out are much reduced now, This is a really good product :)Goes Well With:Glutamine, protein, water, creatine
Goes great with Whey protein for added boost with Recovery. I mix the berry with strawberry protein tastes fine! Also by itself it's easy to get down, it does produce some froth when shaken up, tho not an issue and expected really. If you add protein to it, no froth head so that's how I like to have it. Increased strength and recovery levels definately! So much better than taking like ten capsules of BCAA throughout the day! And as it's powder it gets straight in to your system. I am using this to get lean whilst retaining muscle mass, it's working very well! Would recommend for sure!
One of the best BCAA products I have had. I mix 5 - 10g with about 200-300ml of water. Tastes good and if it is a little weak I normally add some squash. Use this product before and during fasted cardio and seems to be effective so far!Goes Well With:Water, Squash, Fruit Juice
