I was recommend to take collegen tablets by my nurse who is looking after my plantar facitis, as I was talking about my nails breaking, I have now been taking them for about 5 weeks and my nails are growing much stronger, and I have lots of new hair on my head growing, they are amazing, I will continue taking these for as long as possible, highly recommended.

I was skeptical but thought I'd give it a try. It has taken a while, but after a few weeks I think face looks better for it. Will order a couple more bottles and see. Not a miracle, but a subtle improvement in the fine lines

Started taking these 5 weeks ago. Today I noticed that I have so much new hair growth around my temples. My nails are also gaining strength. I can't say that my skin is plump, but the tablets are worth it for the hair growth alone for me. Very easy to take, i like the fact that you only need one tablet a day compared to other brands that require you to take 6! It's also a compact and affordable three month supply, and I will definitely be ordering once this batch runs out.
