Spicy Grilled Fish with Chickpea Mash

 

Our Spicy Grilled fish with Chickpea Mash is a filling! A high protein, low fat meal. Its quick and easy to make and will satisfy any post workout hunger!

 

You will need:

 

150g – Cod Fillet

1 Tsp – Mild Curry Powder

100g – Drained canned chickpeas

1 handful of spinach chopped

1 Tbsp – Extra Light mayo

 

Method

 

Coat the outside of the cod with the curry powder and put under the grill on a medium heat for 10 minutes

Next

 

To a bowl add the chickpeas, chopped spinach, mayo and salt and pepper, using a potato masher or fork light mash the mixture together and heat in the microwave for 3 minutes

Lastly

 

Flip the fish over and allow the other side to cook.

Once thoroughly cooked through to the middle, plate up and serve.
