Salted Beef And Cheese | Protein Cake

The best of both worlds; protein and cake!! What more could you ask for??


 ✓  3 Eggs
✓ 40 g Myprotein Dried Beef
✓ 100 g of Protein Cheese
✓ 60 g of Instant Oats

✓ 40 g of Impact Whey Protein
✓ 100 ml Milk
✓ 4 tablespoons of Olive Oil
✓ 1 teaspoon Baking Powder

✓ Chives
✓ Salt & Pepper


1) Preheat the oven to 200 degrees.

2) Wash and chop approx 10 chives.

3) Chop Dried Beef into small pieces, or even blend.

4) In a bowl, pour Instant Oats, Impact Whey and Baking Powder. Make a well and add the eggs and milk. Mix.

5) Add the grated cheese, chives and dried beef.

6) Season.

7) Divide batter into cupcake trays and bake in oven about 15 minutes.
