To make this amazing protein yogurt snack follow the recipe below! perfect for a pre workout, post workout or just general day time snack.




– 35g Myprotein Impact Whey Protein Powder (Vanilla)


– 1 pot of 0% Greek Yogurt (170g)


– 100g chunky applesauce (either homemade or bottled)


– ½ tbsp cinnamon





1) Mix all ingredients together.


2) Sprinkle with cinnamon.
