Protein Peppermint Bark

This Christmas treat yourself and friends to this Protein Peppermint Bark. Quick and easy to make give as a gift to your fellow gym buddies with macros far better than any Christmas chocolates!

 

Ingredients

 

150g – Protein crispies

1 Bar – 85% Dark Chocolate

3 – Peppermint Candy Canes

Method

 

So simple you make this recipe the same way you make rice crispie cakes – Melt the chocolate in the microwave for a few seconds then add the protein crispes, press into a paper lined tray then smash up 3 candy canes and sprinkle over the top.

 

Leave to set for 2-3 hours then cut into portions.
