Frozen yoghurt just got a protein glow-up...

There’s nothing worse than suddenly craving something sweet but having nothing in the cupboards to satisfy it. These yoghurt bites, or “yo-yo bites” as @healthy_floflo likes to call them, provide that sweet hit while also being low calorie, low fat and high protein.

So next time you feel the onset of sweet cravings, head to the freezer for some yoghurt bites that’ll immediately hit the spot, without jeopardising your macros.

Plus, they’re made with just three ingredients and are ready in only four steps — that’s more than enough reason to give these a go.

Ingredients

  • 6 strawberries
  • 200 g 0% fat yoghurt
  • 1 scoop Impact Whey Protein - Strawberries & Cream

Instructions

1.

Add yoghurt, protein powder and strawberries to a mixing bowl.

2.

Using a handheld blender, blitz until smooth.

3.

Line some baking paper on a tray (to prevent the yoghurt bites from sticking) and spoon a tablespoon of the mixture for each yoghurt bite.

4.

Freeze for at least 2 hours.
