1 Packet Protein Porridge
30g Mixed frozen berries
50g Grated courgette
100ml Almond milk
1) Add the almond milk to a microwavable bowl and mix in 1 sachet of Protein Porridge.
2) Add the berries and grated courgette – don’t worry about the thick consistency, it will soon become moist.
3) Microwave on full power for 2 minutes and stir halfway through.
