Refreshing Electrolyte Jellies | Brazilian Guava Jelly Recipe

 

Beat the heat this summer with this Hydration Jelly, perfect as a pre- or post-workout re-fuel.
Alternatively, make some tasty jellies for your Summer BBQ!

MACROS PER JELLY (MAKES 4 JELLIES)

Calories: 50          Protein: 1g          Fat: 0g          Carbs: 12g          Sugar: 4g      

Ingredients

 
50g Electrofuel Powder – Brazilian Guava flavour

2 Sachets sugar-free jelly – Raspberry flavour


Method

 
1) Empty the two sachets of jelly into a jug and pour in 300ml of boiling water and stir until granules are dissolved.

2) Pour 300ml of cold water into and mix again.

3) Next add the Electrofuel and mix well.

4) Pour into moulds or jars and store in the fridge until set.
