Clean Eat Breakfast Granola

 

Look no further than our Clean Eat Breakfast Granola if you want a healthy, simple breakfast that you can make in bulk!

This recipe is great sprinkled over the top of a delicious bowl of Greek yogurt and whey protein.

Ingredients measured will deliver 10 servings – make sure you have the correct amount per serving as the recipe is made into balls that can be broken into pieces for cereal or eaten whole as a snack on the go!

 

Ingredients

 

200g – Myprotein Rolled Oats

2 – Over Ripe Bananas

20g – Organic Coco Nibs

25g – Myprotein Almonds

1 tbsp – Honey

20g – Cornflakes

27g – Myprotein Cashew Butter

1/2 tsp – Ground Ginger (optional)

1/4 tsp – Ground Nutmeg (optional)

1 tsp – Vanilla Extract (optional)

1 tsp – Almond Extract (optional)

 

Method

 

1) To a mixing bowl add rolled oats, coco nibs, chopped almonds, cornflakes, ground spices

 

2) Next mash the bananas and cashew butter, vanilla extract and almond extract

 

3) Mix everything together until it’s one big dough ball and if it seems dry add a little water, using a tea spoon put 40 small equal dough balls onto a greased baking tray and put into the oven for 50-60 minutes on 165 degrees.

 

4) Once cooled take 4 baked balls and 10g of mixed fruit per serving, this will last for 2 weeks in an air tight container and will freeze for up to 6 months
