Caramel + Coffee = Delicious.

 Ingredients

?Approx 20 Ice Cubes

?1 Scoop Impact Whey Protein (Caramel/Coffee)

? 1 Double Espresso

? 150 ml Almond Milk

?2 Tbsp Sugar Free Syrup (Butterscotch)

?1 Tsp Organic Cacoa Powder

? Cream/Milk- if desired


Method


1)  Blend the coffee and milk briefly

2) Add the syrup, whey and the cacoa powder and blend again for 15 seconds

3) Add ice cubes and blend on high power for 40-60 seconds.

4) Pour into a cold glass and decorate with cream, crumble protein wafers on top for extra gains!
