Calories: 330     Protein: 25g      Fat: 11g      Carbs: 31g      Sugar: 17g


Ingredients

 

1 Scoop Impact Whey Protein – Birthday Cake flavour

1 Tsp Flax seed powder

2 Tbsp Almond butter

Vanilla FlavDrops, to taste

1 Banana

400ml water


Method

 

1) Chop banana and add to blender along with all other ingredients.

2) Blend until smooth (around 45 seconds).
