Healthy Desserts | Almond and White Chocolate Protein Fudge

Our Almond and White Chocolate Protein Fudge cubes are deliciously squidgy and sweet.

They have a rich almond flavour with added sweetness from the white chocolate – an ideal post-workout snack!

 

Ingredients

 

– 25g White chocolate (Cut into cubes)

 

– 3 Scoops (75g) Myprotein – Instant Oats

 

– 3 Scoops (75g) Myprotein – Impact whey White Chocolate

 

– 2 Tbs Myprotein – Almond Butter

 

 

Method

 

a) Using a food processor combined the oats, whey and almond butter blend together

 

b) Add water a drop at a time until it makes a soft ball

 

c) Press the mixture into a cling film lined Tupperware and leave in the fridge for 2-3 hours to set
