Cool, fruity, and delicious.

I’ve been checking my weather app the past week or so, hoping, praying, for some nicer weather. And it looks like my prayers might soon be answered. The promise of some sun can only mean one thing – a new recipe.

@healthy_floflo is back at it again, saving us from shop-bought ice creams. This time, she’s whipped up a delicious protein-packed banana and strawberry gelato. Just so yummy.

And if you feel like going all out, stock up on some cones and your favourite ice cream toppings. Then you’ll be in for a real treat.

Flo also has a great tip for saving overripe bananas. When her bananas are going black, she chops them up and puts them in the freezer. The riper, the better.
