Enjoy this creamy, flavoursome combination of sweet, nutty and creamy. Our slow-release casein protein can help to promote satiety, satisfying both your taste buds and your stomach!

Ingredients

1/2 Scoop Micellar Casein Powder – Vanilla flavour
17g Peanut Butter
175g Greek yoghurt
50g Frozen banana
Ice

Method

Blend the Greek yoghurt, peanut butter, banana and casein together, add some ice and blend it until it is smooth. Serve with extra ice.banana

Ingredients

40g Organic Chia Seeds
400ml Skimmed milk
5g Honey

1 Tspn vanilla extract

Method

Place all the ingredients together in a mason jar and shake until they are mixed together.

Place in the fridge for an hour before serving to allow the chia seeds to thicken up the pudding.chia seeds
