4I've never bought one of these vests, all the ones I've got were free in an order form MyProtein. I'm happy with them as they're free, the quality isn't as good as other MyProtein clothing items but I guess the low price reflects this.

medium is very big
3Got it for free so can't really complain but the medium is very very loose. I think anyone with a waist less than 34" need a small.

Comfortable pain
5Like me; if your going to putting yourself through a strenuous and physically demanding workout a minimum of 5/6 times a week - you need to be as comfortable as possible. The vests tick every box! Comfortable, absorbent, ventilated adequately and very flexible. As comfortable as a painful workout can get. Will and have highly recommend these stringersGoes Well With:All the supplants needed to perform at ones peak: BCAA plus, creatine, total protein, l gleutine and omega 3!

4Nice vest makes me look like a tank shows my traps , back and lats off great , a little low on the chest but I tie not in the top bit to bring it higher , bough a white 1 , blue 1 and black 1 all mint Goes Well With:A tank with traps and big lats and back

5Great quality, nicely cut to give great arm movement through chest exercises and shoulder/back workouts! It's a psychological feel of being stronger and able to lift more while wearing MyProtein stringer! Make sure you order the collect size- check the size table before you do!
