Love these
5I'm always struggling to sleep and to find energy without feeling tired and taking naps throughout the day. Since taking these iv been waking up 1 time in the night instead of 3 or 4 and not feeling tired or like I need to nap during the day

5Quality ZMA, always shop around but this is always best price I can find. Simple but effective. Always notice the difference in sleep without it.

It works!
4Yup, as stated, ZMA capsules really work. I do feel more energetic and recovered in the morning after taking those. It is a very good purchase if You ask me One but, they do tend to stick to my throat from time to time

5These tablets all though big are worth the swallowing effort. Deeper more restful sleep. You do get some vivid dreams but its worth it.

ZMA sleep relief
5For months I’ve been struggling with some decent sleep, and thought by training 5-6 days a week would rectify that. But I simply couldn’t switch off and get my much needed rest and recovery. Thankfully my training coach asked whether I took ZMA and took on his recommendation. It has made a massive difference - I take it an hour before bed and feel very relaxed by the time I get in. Usually it only takes me now 5-10 minutes to snooze off and now makes a massive difference in my lifestyle. Highly recommend this product
