Zinc is trace mineral with a number of roles in bodily function.

Zinc benefits

Zinc contributes to a number of roles in the body. Included in these are; a contribution to the normal function of the immune system and macronutrient metabolism, a contribution to the maintenance of normal testosterone levels in blood and normal vision and the maintenance of normal skin/hair/nails and normal bones. It also contributes to normal cognitive function and helps protect cells from oxidative stress.

Who is Zinc suitable for?

I feel Zinc is an important and essential key nutrient that works well to optimize normal hormonal levels and also works well to improve overall quality of sleep leading to more improved recovery from hard workouts and allows for more consistent progress on adding lean muscle mass and reducing levels of fat depending on phase, e.g. lean mass gaining or cutting. I was recommended to try Zinc to raise metabolism and help with sleeping. After two weeks I'm convinced of a noticeable change in my workout. I have more stamina and have been lifting more. I have not yet seen any improvement to sleeping pattern. I take IsoPro 97, BCAA, Creatine and Zinc. Looking good and feeling great.
