0 carb pasta

I haved used theses types of pasta in the past although this is miles better. one thing is to always follow the instruction on how to cook them and you won't go wrong. Yes they smell when fresh out of the pack but a good wash and drain soon washes this away. Just use as any other regular pasta but up the flavouring abit. this works well with bold flavours like chilli or curry bases. keeps well for a couple of days so is great to take leftovers to work the next day.

any ragout type sauces or cream, mushroom or cheese based sauces

So worth the money - zero calories to bulk up your meals, an absolute godsend if you are cutting but still want to feel like you’re eating a carb-loaded stir fry!

Very nice when you eat it with sundried tomato pesto with chicken and veggies. Just has a very chewy texture.Other than that I will order it again..better than buying carb filled pasta!!

in the end theyre good! with spag bol or with white sauce. but you need to cook them awhile, like dried pasta otherwise theyre umm very aldente.
