Very "Chewy"
2I really love the my spaghetti and my rice version of this product so decided to try the fettuccine. Because the strands are thicker it's very hard and chewy. Very disappointing. In future recommend sticking to the spaghetti (which I would give 5 stars)

Pasta of my dreams...
5Amazing product for anyone who loves pasta but does not want the extra calories/carbs! The texture might seem a bit weird or even off-putting to anyone who is not familiar with shirataki noodles; they need to be properly prepared by rinsing well before frying in a non-stick pan on high, and without oil. The longer they are fried the better the texture (less chewy) and the more flavour they will absorb when the sauce is added. I have tried the spaghetti and penne shaped pastas as well, but I prefer the fettuccine. Goes Well With:Any pasta sauce.
