Essential before a high carb meal like rice, potatoes or pasta

Pleasantly surprised
5Tested these during a keto month. On meals where my food options were higher in carbs I took these as instructed (although sometimes with the meal too). Ketone levels measured by urinalysis were consistent with efficacy although it should be noted I was not weighing and calculating exactly this time. Overall, if you are running a higher carb profile, I suspect these will have a limited capacity to negate digestion over the 2 day transit. However - and this is important in keto - it does seem to prevent rapid absorption and therefore help keep you in ketosis. I have had no chance to evaluate the impact of micronutrient absorption however so please do your own research. PS: it forced me to choose mixability? For tablets?

Worked After a Tweak
5I ordered my first lot of these after doing some research on carb absorbers and wanting to help with some stubborn, age-related stomach weight. I took as directed for about 3/4 of the bottle and noticed zero difference. Another factor being as directed to take 20 mins before a meal and I often eat on the fly and just kept missing the 20 mins before aspect. So the remainder of the bottle stayed in the cupboard for months on end. I didn't want to waste them when I came across them whilst clearing out cupboards recently so did some further research and found it didn't really matter about the 20 min before meal direction and also can take 2 at mealtimes not 1 as directed. Started taking 2 as I started to prep my meal to give them time to hit my stomach and I have REALLY noticed a difference since tweaking the dosage. So pleased in fact, I have ordered more and now added in CLA and together they are making a BIG difference along with a sensible diet and regular exercise. Goes Well With:CLA Exercise Sensible diet

Still taking these on a daily basis still waiting results, but it helps with bloating and gas

Noticeable Difference
5I have never been close to chubby but I started to feel like I was getting soft on my tummy. I started properly going to the gym really regularly and I ordered these on a whim just to give it a go, I like carbs and anything that may help them not be soaked in I figured was worth a shot. After about 2 weeks I noticed my stomach was really flat and I could start to see some muscle definition. I thought this was great but figured it could just be because I was going to the gym most days, so I stopped taking them. The change was noticeable, I didn't look or feel as skinny as I did when I was taking these. So I started taking them again and within a week I was back on track. Now I have ordered more and can't see why I would stop, haven't got any negative effects whatsoever. I still have a balanced diet but it means there is less guilt when eating a pasta dish or bread.Goes Well With:Exercise and a balanced diet

5Brilliant, these really do stop the bloated feeling after a starchy meal especially since the new ones are much smaller and way easier to swallow. no funny tasste Goes Well With:Great on its own
