5I have used this product for several years now. I have a very high metabolism and find this product helps me get the extra protein etc needed tk keep on top of my goals in the gym. It's a decent price for what you get. Wouldn't move to another product as wouldn't get same value for money. Goes Well With:Water and milk

Great Product
5Great Product with great taste, does what it says and noticing the difference. Trying to put on weight and it does the trick. Digest two shakes a day and relatively light to consume.Goes Well With:Almond milk

Great for weight gain
5I've seen reviews saying that it doesnt mix well and has lumps inside however I used 3 scoops with way less water than recommended and it still came out to be a nice consistency. Deffo aids my bulking only downside is it has a slight effect on going to the toilet more often. Btw it was chocolate flavour. Also I got 2.5 kg and its much bigger than i thought, i weighed the bag and it turned out to be 2.9kg just a lucky error

Dependable
5I need to maintain my weight, which can be difficult as a small, slender runner. Impact weight gainer has been part of my daily training for sometime because it offers great convenience, great taste and great reliability. Adds those extra calories in a balanced fashion without excessive fat and additives.Goes Well With:Supper!

Change in taste
1I have been buying this product for a while and really thought it was a good product until my most recent purchase. This product has changed. The taste and quality of the product seems to have gone down hill. I probably try other products next time as I feel I have been let down.Goes Well With:Water / Milk

3Taste isn't great with water. Decent with milk. Mixability is pretty bad. Definitely prefer chocolate over strawberry.
