4Hard to tell if there has been much of an effect yet but definitely received many in box and also are small enough capsules they are easily swallowed without water.

Sunshine tablets
5Wife and I both started taking vitamin d before winter. May have coincided with lockdown but, it’s the first winter we’ve not had a cold and we have 3 young kids, that’s unusual!Goes Well With:Just take them with a drink of water.

5I brought this product for my son who suffers from vitamin D deficiency. He is happy with the product taking them everyday. It has improved his skin (it’s glowing)Goes Well With:He takes Vitamin C too as I’m trying to keep up his immune system. Since taking both since last year he has not been unwell, he suffers from asthma that is at it’s worst in the winter. It’s A+ for me for price and the effectiveness.

5Brilliant source of D3. Particularly as it’s in a fat solubilised form. Effective for this time of year when you might night get enough sunlight. Highly recommend. Goes Well With:Anything
