5Being from sunny Britain and being a hermit over the past few months, these definitely suffice in my lack of vitamin D3, I've felt healthier and my gym performance may have taken a + but it's hard to say for definite if it's partly resulted from D3 supplementation. Definitely part of my stack! Must have.Goes Well With:Water, is super easy to digest and swallow. Gummy-like texture smaller than a cashew.
