Up the dose
Great supplement but I do wish they would do an alternative at 4000IU as a lot of current studies point out this is the optimal dose for the majority of people.

What type of vitamin D3 is used?
This company are normally very transparent in listing what each product contains however I have noticed on this elite version and the standard D3 version there is no mention of what type of vitamin D3 is used.. Cholecalciferol is listed on most D3 products on the market and is a good source however Myprotein do not list any source for the D3 in their products.

Small capsules barely noticeable when swallowed. Being gel capsules is so much better than the usual chalky tablets form. Packs a great punch for my 5000iu requirements only needing 2 capsules. Will definitely purchase again. My protein consistent with delivering great products
