Whether it was a combination of all 3 but the results were amazing (You know they're working when people ask you if you're on the gear). Took 2 capsules an hour before a workout and another 2 capsules an hour before bed. Well I have bought this Tribulus Pro from them and can honestly say it never worked for me at all and was a complete waste of money. I regret the purchase of it and wish there was a way I could get a refund!"
