Great product and quick delivery. After only 2 weeks I'm seeing increases in lean muscle mass and strength. Mixability and taste aren't a priority and shouldn't need to be for anybody working hard but this product is one of the better ones I've ever tasted. McDonalds do nice milkshakes for anybody overly concerned with taste.

"Quality product, used loads of different suppliments and protein shakes over the years and this rates with the best of them only its a lot cheaper. Slightly gritty but tastes fine and works well. Would highly recommend it!!!"

"Many people have moaned about tastes of different products. I was having impact whey before this and could down the drink fine even though it tasted and smelt bad. This product however is nasty and no matter how you try to ignor the vile taste...you can't. I wish i never got 2 bags now but will struggle through and return to impact whey. As for results, I can't really tell due to other products being used. I can't see how people can say a particular pruduct has produced results. It's all down to the combination of different supplements. If you are currently having impact whey, do not change to this!!!!!"

"Been using a different (more expensive ) brand for the last 15 year, this site was recommended by a lad at work .. I ordered this in strawberry, Impact Whey protein (raspberry) , bedtime Extreme (chocolate) and creatine... Take it from me these products taste great and do work.. Also due to competitive pricing you can really up your daily protein requirements.. I,m 19st train heavy weights twice a week with 3 boxing sessions thrown in aswell, i ordered these products 3 weeks ago to enable me to up my proteins and drop my Carbs to get in shape for Hols etc.. Delivery was 3 days later and i can honestrly see resuts already... i cant recommend these product highly enough... Wish i started using years ago , it would have saved me a small fortune...."

"Just bought this instead of standard whey for the different release rates of protein. Can't comment on effectiveness yet but since I know the results from whey I gave it the same rating. Only bad thing about this so far is its really chalky (I think its the milk concentrate from reading reviews on milk protein) and it leaves a chalk feeling residue in your mouth you have to wash down with water. Other than it seems all good. If you're new to supplements/dealing with supplements I would recommend getting the regular impact whey, same kind of price, but no chalkiness."

"Just wanted to add my enthusiasm to the rest really. Nice, versatile product. Vanilla actually tastes nice (especially for a protein blend) and I look forward to each shake. For the price you simply can't get a better protein product!"

"this is a good protein, it has multistage release proteins, with the whey, egg and milk, which is very good for in the morning and after workout. if you work out in the afternoon (like i do) have one at breakfast and then one after workout, as the slow release proteins are still having an effect by the afternoon from the morning shake. my recovery time reduced massively when on this, and i didnt ache as much the next day. the taste is reasonable (choc smooth) you get used to it after a week or so. but man up, its a protein shake, of course it isnt going to be the best tasting thing ever. would recommend to people trying to bulk up but stay relatively lean "

"Good product. To be honest i dont know why people are complaining about mixability and taste. Either get on the frijj or get a decent shaker. I use this mixed with instant oats, mct powder and abit of mp smooth peanut butter. Tastes lush and is even better when mixed with skimmed milk. I have been on this concoction for about three weeks now and i am seeing good results. no added body fat at all and gaining weight. I also use it on its own first thing in the morning and it still tastes ok and well."

"I usually go for the Impact Whey Protein but as I was short of cash went for this 'Total protein', big mistake, in comparison it is gritty and the taste is undrinkable, absolutely gutted that I have to wait till the end of the month to get back on the Impact Whey unless I go elsewhere."
